Looked up in my appliance instruction book what and where to order from. Have to say it was very confusing on this site which one to order. Luckily when the glass shelf arrived it was the right one....although it was not an easy job getting the shelf out to put glass in. Service delivery was quick and price was surprisely low. The refrigerator / freezer were working ok (still cold, interior lights functioning); but the control panel on the exterior door was dead. Followed the maintenance tip, and checked that there was 12VDC to the panel, so confirmed the panel was the failed part. The panel is a friction fit part, with two tabs at the bottom. Using a flat screwdriver, carefully pry the bottom out; and once it comes forward, it slips out from the slot along the top of the panel. The two electrical connections are... Read more
