Fix gas smell when range is off with this safety valve lockout clip. Secures gas valve actuator to prevent unintended movement. Simple DIY repair.
Weird deal. Gas pressure had dropped due to low propane. This allowed the pressure at the regulator to drop below the set pressure, opening the regulator. A slight seepage past the valves must have allowed the smell. Propane tank was refilled and the gas smell disappeared. The plus for AppliancePartsPros was the ease of returning the valve and regulator I did not need. The folks were friendly and the process moved quickly. I'll continue to use them! Read more
