Motor drive gear cracked from edge to hub. Replaced. *Beware, the gear hub is a very tight fit onto the motor shaft. Even tapping with a rubber mallet 2 of the ridges on back of gear next to the hub broke off. Hindsight tells me a few swipes with an emery cloth would probably have helped. The gear hub is pretty meaty and I expect it’ll hold but I know what to replace. Read more
The suggested fix by Appliance Parts Pro was accurate. Put in a new switch and replaced the drive gears that were damaged and everything works GREAT. Read more
Unfortunately buy just the little metal flange that broke so I had to buy the entire foot assembly. Appliance Parts Pros had the best price for this assembly. Taking off the old assembly and putting on the new one couldn't be simpler; two screws and five minutes, done. Read more
TALKED TO YOUR REPRESENTATIVE AND WE WENT THROUGH ALL THE ON/OFF AND LIMIT SWITCHS. NARROWED IT DOWN TO TWO SWITCHS. THE ON/OFF SWITCH AND THE LIMIT SWITCH ON THE DOWN CYCLE SIDE. REPLACED ON/OFF AND DETERMINED THAT THAT WAS NOT THE ISSUE. THEN UNCOVERED LIMIT SWITCHS AND REPLACE DOWN SWITCH, FIXING THE PROBLEM Read more
