Temp sensors (3 or them), new heater, then finally custom cool/fan and shroud to bring the fridge temp back up. I don't believe the sensors were bad as the checked fine with a millimeter, coil heater was bad as they were frozen solid, and the fan was intermittent. I originally thought I fixed with the coil heater, but the fridge stopped working about a day later. Discovered the problem using the door switch. When we inspected the first time we found that Plactic had broken from the spiral part that for wards the ice. Also there were cracks in two places of other parts. There was a hole in the bottom of the bin. The new spiral was assembled and two new parts were replaced with help from the video and the diagram and the unit worked well.
