This wasn't really a 'fix' but here's what happened. Over the last 24 years the knobs on our JennAir electric cooktop were broken. Generic replacements didn't fit exactly. I ordered a new range control knob from your site and replaced the old knob with the new one. Easy fix. I received the part promptly and was happy to see the new core is aluminium and not plastic like before. I'm sure I will have no more trouble with this knob. The knobs were perfect. However, the grommets arrived in black rather than white. A phone call to customer service informed me that this part is no longer available in white and that the site would remove the photo.
