Dan P Fulton , NY February 03, 2016 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG NX5850 GAS RANGE Black stove top assembly had a large chip in front i signed upon arrival that stove was received in perfect condition Called Samsung and they referred me to Samsungparts.com which is J and J International. They wanted more money for the part and $130.00 for shipping!! Not knowing where else to get this part I payed the price and ordered. My wife started looking on the Internet and checked with your company Appliance parts and your customer service associate put Samsungparts.com to shame! I called and cancelled my order .Your company was actually less for the part and like $8.00 shipping. I received the part today and installed it with no problem. Very satisfied with your service and will recommend your company to any one I know that needs a appliance part!!
