Steven B Sidney , OH August 25, 2016 Broken dispencer Ordered on the phone after checking on line .the lady taking my order (janis ?) double checked my order for proper application and even had it shipped out that day.First I removed old parts ,then I had to sand paper rust and mask it off before painting.Put on new parts with a sealer to prevent any other leakage.
