I ordered what I thought was the correct part but in fact it was a bit smaller than the one designed for the appliance. The ring worked and I could have lived with it but I thought that I would put in a call to Appliance Pros to see what could be done . Amazingly the gracious customer service advisor looked up and researched the correct part and sent it out right away. They were kind enough to credit me back the original price that I had paid.
