Sam F Deary , ID April 21, 2022 Appliance: Model GE GUD24 I believe the mode shifter was not engaging the drum I purchased a new mode shifter part and replaced the old one. It was difficult mostly because I did not remove the unit from the drum. I could not see underneath and so it took an hour removing the old one. Luckily Appliance Parts Pros had a good diagram of the part plus online help showed were it was located on my particular stacked GE washer dryer. I purchased the part from Appliance Parts Pros and it arrived within a few days and was the OEM as they described. A very honest and dependable company!
