Keith D Cincinnati , OH March 15, 2024 Appliance: Model GE MONOGRAM ZWE23ESHNSS The fridge section stopped cooling and freezer was still working. Diagnosed that the core issue was likely a fan failure or temperature sensor failure. Ordered those parts to fit GE Monogram refrigerator after watching a couple of YouTube videos that showed how to disassemble the fairly complicated cooling stack inside and at back of upper fridge section. Turned out it was indeed the fan and that the temp sensor was fine. This is a high-end fridge and about 5 years old since installation in our kitchen remodel where we used all Monogram appliances. Very happy with your company! Ordered the parts online on Sunday, they were shipped Monday, arrived Tuesday afternoon and I installed that evening… thank you! Read More...
