Description

This DSI ignition module controls the spark sequence for a gas range or oven, restoring reliable ignition for burners and the bake/oven burner. It replaces a failed spark-control board to help re-establish normal lighting performance. What it does:

• Generates and times spark pulses for surface burners and/or the oven ignitor
• Stops ignition attempts when a safety interlock or flame sensor indicates a fault
• Commonly used when burners click but will not light or ignition is intermittent
• Helps prevent continuous sparking after a successful light event
