Description

This lid lock & harness assembly secures the washer lid and provides the electrical connection needed for the lock switch to communicate with the control. It restores safe lid locking and proper cycle starts. What it does:
  • Physically locks the lid during spin and other locked cycles to help prevent accidental opening
  • Provides the molded wiring harness and connector that transmits the lock switch signal to the washer control
  • Commonly replaced when the lid won't lock, the washer won't start, or the lock switch shows failure
