Description

This part is an idler pulley for lawn tractors with snow blower attachments. The idler pulley drives the impeller and the auger. A belt is looped onto the pulley and tension is applied to the belt. A new idler pulley may be needed if the user hears a chattering or squealing sound coming from the snowblower attachment. If the belt repeatedly comes loose from the pulley, it is possible that the auger has become worn out and is allowing it to slip off.
