George for Model Number SPV50E00EU/8 Hi, I have this bosch dishwasher and used a detergent for hand wash. After some minutes foam and water started coming out of the dishwasher's front door. I opened the door only to find out that half of the inside was filled with foam. I removed the foam but aqua sensor indicator keeps blinking and dishwashers tries to empty the water but that's all. It constantly did this for 5 hours no matter what I have tried (cleaned filters, pressed the reset button, even shut the power off), but it keeps blinking and trying to empty water even when there is no water in it. I read the user manual and there is a chance that water entered the safety system. Any ideas of what I can do?
Answer George, You will need to pull the unit out and clean out the fill parts located on the left side of the unit. Once this is done you will then need to use a table spoon of vegetable oil poured into the bottom of the dishwasher tub and turn the unit on for a cycle and let it run through a complete cycle.
