Craig for Model Number SHE3ARF2UC/07 My Bosch dishwasher gives an E24 code after two minutes of starting. If I open the door after 1-2 minutes, hold the door open for 30 seconds and then close the door, the washer will run. That is until it drains, then it sends another E24 code and stops. The drain is clear, the drain pump runs, and the water drains out. Code E24 shows up regardless of which cycle is used. Am I looking at a sensor or control board issue? If so, which sensor?
Answer Craig, the sump filter will need to be removed, then water will need to be added until the sump is full. Once the sump is full, lift up on the float switch gently and the drain pump should start draining the water. Once the water is completely drained out, release the float and observe the sump.
