Tony for Model Number SHP65T55UC/01 I have a Bosch dishwasher SHP65T55UC/01 that was given to me. When I hooked it up and hit start, water began to flow rapidly into the side inlet tank and then overflowed into the bottom basin, triggering an E15 error. I turned the water pressure down from the water line to see if slowing down the flow of water would help it not overflow. It stopped overflowing, but instead all the water flowed into the dishwasher, but the circulation pump never kicked on. The water kept flowing until it filled the inside bottom of the dishwasher and began to leak around the door. So I shut off the water supply. Any idea what could be the cause of the problem?
Answer Tony, as this model uses a timed fill, it is likely that the main control module 00752738 has failed. If the water valve is receiving voltage for more than 60 seconds, the control is not managing the fill time properly. If the valve is not receiving voltage for more than 60 seconds, the valve 10023852 may be sticking open (usually can be found if the power is turned off but the valve is still letting water through).
