Dennis for Model Number shp65t55uc/02 I have power to the unit but no display on the led in the door-mounted control module. The unit does nothing. Would the failed component be the control module in the door or would the control assembly located on the bottom right of the unit be the failed part? thanks

If there is not continuity, it would need to be replaced. If there is, the next step would be to plug it back in and turn the power supply on for voltage testing. If voltage reaches the on/off switch, the failure would likely be in the user control 00746432. If voltage does not reach the switch, the failure would be in the power module 00752738. Read More...
