Murray for Model Number shx33ao5uc/21 Hi . I replaced the door hinge cable assembly . I had to pull d/w out and put onback and slightly pulled the base away to get to hinge cable assembly , I used a trouble lamp to make sure all wires were connected to all the components, now it will cancel normally ,then beeps to shoe its ended , then when I restart it water will come in normally and the just sits there, the recirculating pump motor does not start , ideas please thanks
Answer Murray, You will want to double check the wiring to ensure that everything has a firm connection. Also check to make sure that there are no pinched or broken wires. Check for power at the control board going down to the recirc. pump and if there is no power then replace the control module.
