Jane for Model Number Bosch SHX33A05UC / 40 The dishwasher takes > 4 hours to finish a regular cycle. Dishes are not as dry as they used to be. The 'sterilized' light does not come on but the 'clean' one does. What is wrong with the machine? What part / parts do I need to buy to fix it? Who is a good person / company that can fix the machine - I am not very handy. I don't want to spend more than I have to as I am going through financial stress currently. Thank you.
Answer Jane, This issue sounds like it would be caused by a heating circuit issue. If the water is not getting hot enough then the unit will not dry properly and will take longer to wash. Check to make sure that the incoming water temperature is hot enough. Check to make sure that the thermostats and heater check ok and if they do not then they need to be replaced. Read More...
