James C. for Model Number PDR484GGZS/07 When I turn on my griddle, I get no ignition or gas. We have tried the following parts with no success. AP28333971, a gas tap, AP3782867 a Thermostat-griddle, and a part I have not received, AP3782975 a potentiometer . I can't locate this part and could use your help in locating it. They also recommended an AP45359679 if the last part doesn't work. I would appreciate it if you can think of any other part that might be causing the problem Since I purchased over $200.00 in parts, and had to return them for credit. Thanks for your help
Answer Hello Jim, Part number 00645446 is an available part and even shows in stock. This is the redesigned version of the potentiometer. It is the part you will have to order for the "start switch" for this model. The AP3782975 will not work in this application as per the parts cross from Thermador. Read More...
