Joel for Model Number PDR364GDZS Front XLO burner will light but makes a loud buzzing. Rear XLO burner will not light, but can be manually lit. Once manually lit, the ignitor begins to spark consistently. Buzzing noise goes away if both XLO burners are operating. Griddle will not light - has neither gas flow or spark. Cook top is not dirty and I have cleaned both ignitors.
Answer Hello Joel, This sounds like a possible issue with the gas pressure to the unit. You should have the utility board come out and test the pressure since this will cause a buzzing noise from the regulator and lighting issues. Read More...
