Don for Model Number PSC364GD Left two burners won't come on unless I unplug the power. When using the burners for an extended time like holiday dinners, they shut off. The igniters go on by themselves and sometimes I can hear rapid clicking. Right side and griddle work fine. In reviewing the unit electrical schematic I concluded the simmer module is at fault so I ordered one. I saw you had a compatibility tool on your site and it said this AP4359679 simmer control module was not compatible with my stove top. I used the like for my specific model and found the simmer module part number to be the same. So, is it or isn't it compatible? The wires connections match the schematic but you said to someone else the pots aren't compatible. Please advise before module gets here tomorrow. Thanks.
