Bill for Model Number PSC486GDZS The gas griddle makes a loud buzzing sound when starting, and the buzzing continues when the griddle is on. The griddle burns well. What do I need to do to get the buzzing to stop?
Answer Bill, it would be recommended that the power supply is turned off to the range and the wires are inspected for any bare spots or loose connections. It is also recommended that the switch is inspected for any signs of electrical arcing. Either of these things can create a buzzing sound, however, without inspecting the circuits it would not be guaranteed as to what has failed. Read More...
