George for Model Number shx46a05uc/43 Dishwasher runs in drain cycle when push on button. Cannot get it to go to any other cycle. Control board was replaced 6 weeks ago, but this is the same problem I had before it was replaced. What could be wrong?
Answer Hello George. Check and see if there is a water leak inside the bottom of the unit. If so, you will need to repair the leak for the unit to work properly. It is turning on the drain pump to remove the water in the bottom panel. This is to prevent flooding of the house. Hope this helps. Read More...
