Brian for Model Number Shu3305UC/U12 During a wash cycle, our unit made an odd sound and a small amount of smoke and the smell of burnt rubber came from the unit. The units still seems to run fine but the hot water coming into the unit doesn't get really hot and the wash cycle takes a lot longer. I would assume is the heating element or maybe the assembly that might need to be replaced. Thoughts ? What part # ?
