Sadman for Model Number SHP65T55UC/02 I purchased a Bosch dishwasher (model SHP65T55UC/02) which, like seemingly many other customers, arrived without a toe or kick plate. Which black kick plate will fit and are the screws for attaching the kick plate included? If not, what screw size works?
