Mike for Model Number FRS3LR5EM1 My wife and I just bought a house where the previous owner left a stainless steel side-side refridgerator/freezer. The appliance is nice but in the freezer the shelves slide back and forth and the end rail often comes out of the side hole thereby allowing the shelf to wobble and not support the food, etc. It looks like a spacer is needed to keep the shelf from moving but I don't know what to order...help???
