Ed for Model Number 790.94321302 The oven sometimes does not heat, other times it works fine. If I change the temperature while baking, sometimes it stops heating even though the "bake" and "preheat" lights come on and won't work again until it cools completely. All connections are tight and there are no signs of shorts or damaged wires. How likely is the control board the problem?
Answer Ed, With the unit not heating sometimes but not others would most likely be an occurrence with a control board which is failing. Sounds like the relay that controls the bake is sticking at times in the off position. This would require a new control board. Read More...
