Mike for Model Number JTP25SH4SS Turned oven on, heard a pop and saw some smoke come from the bottom of the oven. Bake and broil elements both wouldn't work. Everything else works. Replaced oven control board, nothing. Just a relay clicking off and on again every few minutes as the oven attempts to heat. I replaced the thermal fuse as well, but no improvement. I have a multimeter, but I will be honest, I don't have the first clue where to attach the probes to get a reading. Any help would be great!
Answer Mike, You will want to check the power supply to make sure that there is no damage at the terminal block. It is likely that there may be a bad terminal block where the connection may have been loose and caused this issue to occur. Read More...
