Hi. Shut the control that has the " off " label. Remove the power. Carefully use a plastic putty knife to to pry out the fresh food light switch part # 240505801. Then you jumper the wires together momentarily to see if the light comes on. IF it does then you know the switch feed wires are good and the light bulb is OK. If the switch plunger sticks shut when the door is open, then replace it. You can also test the same for the freezer door switch part # 8582405058065. Testing momentarily with the power off and on. Do not turn the unit control back on until you are done diagnosing as this will allow the compressor to start back up one time. This way you still have power to test but you are not starting the comp. and having to short cycle the compressor over and over. Thank You.
