Harrison H for Model Number fef352awf just got oven replacement unit from you..installed it...it works....however when in bake or broil mode, will not shut off with clear button.....clock was set....not in clean or lock mode...top burners all work ok...is ocb bad....have to unplug to get oven or broil to shut off.....
Answer Harrison, It's not likely to have a faulty new part, but it is possible. First check and ensure you have wired the new control properly, especially the L1,L2,BK and BR terminals. if all's correct, then the new control may have an issue in the "clear" circuit of the control or an issue with the actuator tab not making contact with the contact point on the internal board.
