Ryan for Model Number 790.95039700 I have a Kenmore Electric range that is 5-6 years old, the bake or broil does not heat up, it sounds like the relays are cliking when I turn the oven on, but the elements are not heating up. The stovetop works fine, but the oven does not and it is not throwing any codes. I have checked to ensure that I have 240 volts going into the control board, but I do not get 240 volts coming out of the leads going down to the heating elements for the oven. I only get 120 volts going to ground off each lead, when I go across both leads, I get nothing. Also I have taken the heating elements out and checked for continuity and that is good. I assume the control board is bad, but before I purhased a $100 part for a $350 unit I wanted to make sure that was the part that needs replaced. Any help would be appreciated.
Answer Hello Ryan. Based on the test and information you provided, it is going to need the clock 316455420 replaced in the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Saturday, September 29, 2012
