Kelly for Model Number 79094223403 Hello, my oven has stopped heating up, burners on top still work fine. Took out elements, top and bottom, and probe ,had them tested everything fine w/ them. I read that it could be my oven control board, is this something I could do my self?
Answer Kelly, Yes, you can replace the oven control board. You will want to do a voltage check on the control board to make sure that it is bad. If you put the oven in bake and test for 240 vac from L1 to Bake, if there is 240 vac then the control is bad and if there is not then there is another issue such as a possible bad thermal fuse or thermal switch.
