George for Model Number plef398CCC Hello George. If you hear pressure released, and then a pop, it sounds like the bake element AP2126365 burnt out inside the oven. You will need to test and see if the element reads closed for continuity. If not, replace the element in the unit. Would that also keep the broiler element from working cause that element is not working either?
Answer Hello George. If both elements are not working, you need to check and see if the relay board 316239403KITK is burnt, or the wiring is bad, or you have a voltage issue to the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
