Dianne for Model Number FFBD2406NW0A I have a 3 year old Frigidaire dishwasher. I went to turn it on and it started Now the normal wash light is on but it is not running. Nothing happens when I press any thing else. The light does not go off when I open the dishwasher door. I do hear the door latch click when I shut it. Any suggestions?
Answer Hello Dianne. Test and make sure the door switch is good in the unit. You will need to test for power to the motor. If there is power there, and the motor does not run, replace the motor. If there is no power there, then you will need to replace the board. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
