Jesse, You'll need to check the voltage and the motor as well as the blower wheel. The voltage shouldn't fall below 105 VAC when the dryer is started and needs to remain above 108 VAC when running. Remove the front panel and make sure there's nothing inside the blower housing or wrapped around the wheel or shaft.
