Mark for Model Number kenmore 417 washer Washer fills and drains, but will not spin or agitate on any cycle. Drum turns freely in both directions. Belt is in good shape. Motor doesn't seem to be running at all. All wiring connections seem to be intact. Door lock engages. Do I need to replace the board #134058400?
Answer Mark, You would want to check the speed control board to see if it is getting power when the unit is supposed to be in the agitate or spin mode. If there is no power going to the speed control then it will either be a wiring issue or main control/timer issue (based on model).
