Emily for Model Number GLTF1670ASO My washer stopped working after shaking violently due to a heavy load. I checked the belt and it is intact. I found a broken shock absorber but that does not explain why the washer lights will no longer turn on or cycles will not start. My first guess is the shaking may have broken the door latch...any other suggestions if that doesn't fix it? Thank you
