Billy for Model Number 41743142200 I have a kenmore front load washer. Washer will not spin fast just slow. Removed back cover and instruction packet on the inside says to remove belt, did so. Motor still spins slow but just runs for 15 seconds then stops, then runs again, and I can stop the motor with my hand. I have not checked the voltage on the board but am leaning towards speed control board? Ap3967975
