Corrine for Model Number Gibson GWT445RFS2 front load washer I just replaced the timer on our washer. At this point, it washes but the entire cycle takes a long time. It fills with water, then stops, washes a little, then stops again, washes more, then stops, rinses, then stops, spins, then stops. It seems to be doing everything at normal speed, just pausing between. It eventually finishes a load but it takes a couple of hours. Does this sound like it needs a new speed controller?
Answer Hello Corrine. If the speed of the washer is in the slow stage, and it does not change on any cycle, you will need to replace the speed controller 134149220. Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, September 6, 2011
