Ron for Model Number J BPB35BOK3WH I purchase a control switch and terminal block and burner and replace my old one .Where the burner connects to the termnial block the block seems to be melting. Can you tell what is wrong. Thanks Ron
Answer Ron, First thing, check for spillage , grease, oil, etc. on the receptacle. . Also make sure the new element terminals are inserted into the receptacle as tightly and as deep as possible.
