Jim for Model Number dbxr463ed1ww i just ordered a replacement blower wheel and clamp. on disassembly i noticed a groove on the motor shaft. it has been making a noise for a while and the back part of the clamp is no longer "D" shaped. will the groove be a problem"
Answer Jim, It could be if the clamp or the blower wheel is not tight it will eventually wear down the wheel and have the motor spinning inside the wheel instead of turning the wheel. I would at least replace the clamp assembly so the clamp and wheel can be tightened down to the motor shaft. Clamp part number WE1X688 Read More...
