Hi Richard. I would use a volt/ohm meter part # MA-DM1 to assist. you in your diagnosis. Make sure that you are getting 120 vac from the control board to the light socket. If not, then find out if there is a bad socket or wiring from the control to the socket part # WB08X10022. The bulb part # WB36X10328 is housed inside the lower light diffuser. Remove the cover with one screw then replace the bulb first before replacing the control board part # WB27X10931. Thank You.
