Scott for Model Number GE Profile side by side refridgerator Hi, my freezer is cold and can see the fan running, but my refrigerator side is not getting cold hovering in the low 60's. I can't seem to find the model # for the unit, but i do have a technical sheet that references some parts WR09X0489 defrost control, WR50X0122-defrost thermostat. Answer Hello Scott, first you'll want to verify that you are having a defrost issue by checking the evaporator coils. If covered with an even frost pattern, you'll want to check the heater and defrost thermostat for continuity. If both those components test good, you'll want to replace the timer. Hope this help!
