Rodney for Model Number JTP27W0D1WW I purchased from you on Oct. 19, 2012 a lower element for this GE oven. Last week it gave a hiss and burned out. Is it under warranty? How long are these elements under warranty? We are a retired couple, so the oven is used about 1-2 times/week. Thanks.
