Rita for Model Number jtp20b0f1bb The last 2 times that I have baked, the cake was baked throughly on the outer edges but not in the center, which had fallen. I live in Dallas. This hasn't happen prior. Do I need a new heating element?
Answer Hi Rita. Are there any fault codes? Have you changed the type of baking pan? Your best bet is the shelf centered in the oven, with silver colered baking pans. The unit will use the broil element with the bake cycle approx. 40% of the time to keep the center of the cavity evenly heated. The bake element is part # WB44T10018.
