Wilbert for Model Number J TP20B0F3BB My assumption is the bake element is out on my oven; however, when setting placed on broil, the oven still does not heat up. Does the bake element have to be replaced for the broil to work?
Answer Hello Wilbert. No, you will need to check and see if the voltage to the unit is good, thermal cut outs are good, and if the control board is good on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
