Pat G. for Model Number JB450RKSS GE Range I purchased an oven rack for our new GE range and the rack was too small. I entered all the correct model numbers and I still received the wrong one. Please advise how I should send the incorrect one back and make sure I receive the correct rack. Thank you

It does appear that, according to the manufacturer, that you ordered the correct rack for the model JB450RF1SS. If this is not the correct model number of your unit, we will need you to verify the model number from your units' I.D. tag to pull the correct part number from the manufacturer.
