Phil for Model Number WES1452SS1SS The shaft broke on the rotating ring. If I get a replacement, do you just set it inside the microwave and rotate until patterns match then press down or do you have to remove the motor, etc. cannot find any instuctions on putting a new rotating ring in when you buy one. Thanks -Phil
Answer Phil, Yes, As long as the piece that broken is not the motor, then make sure that the piece off the rotating ring that broke is off the motor shaft. Once this is done then you would just turn the rotating ring until it meets up with the motor shaft and drops into place. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, January 16, 2015
