Jeff for Model Number ZET757WA1AA We have a GE Monogram double oven Model ZET757WA1AA. One oven (the upper) has received only minimal usage while the other (the lower) is used daily. I think we may need a new temp sensor for the lower oven. I would like to remove the temp sensor from the upper oven and install it in the lower to make certain that this is our problem. There are two screws inside the oven which hold the temp sensor in place on the rear wall but I'm not certain if the temp sensor can be disconnected and replaced all from the inside or oven interior. Will I need to find out how to unscrew and remove the entire oven from it's compartment to access the back of the oven and the wire for the temp sensor or can it be pulled through the hole into the oven's interior and worked on? I don't want to try and pull on it if this is the wrong way to get at it. Thanks for your time and information.
Answer Hello Jeff. Most of the time these can be done from the inside. If you remove it and pull it, there is a connector you will need to work through the hole. If the wires are to short, then you have to remove the back panel. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, July 26, 2013
